SANDY, Utah -- A family in Sandy went above and beyond to make sure their son, who has cerebral palsy, has a costume for Halloween that is truly out of this world.
Sebastian Bailey uses a walker to get around, and in past years his parents have converted the walker into costumes, like Clark Kent with a phone booth. This year they set their sights on recreating the "fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy."
The costume is complete with LED lights, music and sound effects, check out the video above for a look at the costume.
The boy's mother, Chantelle Bailey, is a contributor with United Angels Foundation, which is a Utah non-profit that supports parents and families with children who have special needs. For more information, visit their website.
The group also has a Pinterest page featuring costume ideas for children with special needs.
