SALT LAKE CITY — All Salt Lake City libraries closed several hours earlier due to inclement weather.
The Main Library, 210 E. 400 South will open late Tuesday at 10 a.m.
The libraries closed at 3 p.m. Monday. Other affect libraries by the early closures were:
- Anderson-Foothill Branch, 1135 S. 2100 East
- Chapman Branch, 577 S. 900 West
- Day-Riverside Branch, 1575 W. 1000 North
- Glendale Branch, 1375 South Concord
- Sprague Branch, 2131 S. 1100 East
- Sweet Branch, 455 F Street
All scheduled programming and events at the libraries were also canceled.
The only event not canceled is the Eagle Gate College Nursing graduation ceremony, scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. in the Main Library auditorium.
The event is only open to attendees of the ceremony.
