Big Budah’s blog: A new regimen and the return of the missionary

I am doing great with the start of 2016 as far as fitness goals are concerned. I started a new regimen by Dr. Layne Norton, who is an accomplished competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter, coach and nutritional consultant.

It is a comprehensive 13-week fitness program called PH3, and it's centered around the three big lifts: squat, bench and deadlift.

IMG_2878My best moment of the year so far in 2016 has to be my daughter Jordyn returning home safely after completing her LDS Mission in the Philippines. So glad to have my family finally all together again after just under three years!
