Ingredients: Chicken Honey Dijon
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 C Dijon Mustard
- 2 T Honey
- Salt and fresh ground Pepper
Ingredients: Roasted Cauliflower
- 1 head Cauliflower ( florets only)
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/2 onion diced small
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 C Greek Yogurt
PRE HEAT oven to 350 Degrees if convection pre heat to 325 degrees
Season the Chicken with Salt and fresh ground pepper, mix honey and mustard together and spread on all sides of the chicken cook in oven until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees about 20 minutes.
Roast in oven the cauliflower florets with garlic and onion.
Season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Add oil and butter. (If using the steamer to cook do not add oil and melted butter.)
Cook until tender about 15 minutes and place in a mixing bowl and whip like you would mashed potatoes add yogurt and serve.
