First time buyer specialist Kaitie Johnson fromLarry H. Miller Chevrolet in Murray answered the viewer submitted question from Karyn Halls.
Question: "Is it better to take your car into a dealership for service and maintenance or into a business such as 'Jiffy Lube', etc..? What are the benefits of one or the other?"
Answer: A lot of customers think that it is easier to go pop into a quick service oil change place, but the truth is that is all they do. When you come into our dealership we care about our customers and their cars. We want them to be safe when they are driving. We not only change your oil, but we check your car with our multi-point inspection. We make sure that you are made aware of small problems that would be easy fixes instead of waiting until things break and you are looking at a much bigger and more expensive problem. We also have factory trained technicians. We will notify you if there is a recall on your car and we have genuine GM parts.
