Raelynn Potts and Brandon Roush from Auntie Rae's Dessert Island share a perfect recipe for Valentine's Day.
Chocolate bundt cake
1 ¾ cup flour
2 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
Pour into bundt pans and cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Take out, let cool and cover with your choice of toppings. Today they covered the cake with crushed raspberries, chocolate ganache and powdered sugar.
