- Keep 15% of 3 months salary worth of cash in your home for emergencies
- Make sure to get different bills so that you can be prepared for any situation: 1's, 5's, 10's, 20's, etc.
- Keep 85% of your money in the bank where it is backed by insurance and gaining interest.
