Aaron Hobson with Cariloha shared some simple ways to get better sleep at night. The National Sleep Foundation performed a survey and the results suggested that people sleep much better when their bedrooms are comfortable. In other words, if you`re having occasional trouble sleeping, it may be that you just need to create a more comfortable environment. Some other things to think about:
- Comfort. Make sure you are using materials and items that are comfortable to you.
- Pleasant smells, a lot of people sweat during the night.
- Appearance matters, make your bed look inviting.
- Put sleep as a priority, getting the best sleep is important for staying healthy.
