- 4 (6 oz.) containers yogurt, any flavor
- 1/2 cup pineapple, chunks
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)
- 1 medium orange, peeled, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup almonds, pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon shaved chocolate
To assemble parfaits, layer the yogurt flavors with the pineapple, mango, orange, coconut flakes, chia and flax, if using and the nuts. Top each one with shaved chocolate. Note: Clear drinking glasses, dessert dishes, martini or wine glasses make for a nice presentation.
Note: Add any kind of additional fruit, such as berries, bananas, apples, kiwi, pears, apples, etc.
