Here are a few of her tips:

  • Get a standing desk
  • Walk/pace every time you’re on the phone
  • Get an activity tracker/apple watch to incentivize you to get your 10,000 steps a day in
  • Walk and Stretch every day. Let that naturally lead you to more rigorous forms of activity
