- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 4 Trimmed Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Garlic
- 1 Small Red Onion – Diced
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 12 Large Mushrooms – Sliced
In a Large Frying Pan, Melt 2 T of Butter on Medium Heat.
Add 1 Small Diced Red Onion and Sliced Mushrooms to Butter – Sauté until Mushrooms are Tender
Remove from Pan and Set Aside.
Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic to Both Sides of Each Chicken Breast – Sauté in Frying Pan until Each Side is Golden Brown.
Place Chicken in Pan and Cook at 350 for approx. 15 minutes (Or until Chicken is Fully Cooked).
In Frying Pan Add Mushrooms and 1 Cup Cream – Gently Simmer until Sauce Thickens.
Place Cooked Chicken on Plate and Add Cream Sauce
