- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup confectioners’ powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (i.e. Western Family or Jiff)
- 1 cup semi-sweet white chocolate chips
Line an 8×8 square baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar together until combined. Stir in the peanut butter. Spread mixture into baking pan.
In a small bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips until melted. Stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer. Chill until completely firm, about 3-4 hours. Allow bars to sit at room temperature just before cutting.
Note: It is best not to use an all-natural peanut butter on this recipe for the bars to set up properly. Use any flavor chips.
