Google Cardboard attracted attention when it launched due to its low-cost virtual reality experience, and now Google is back with a way to experience “actual reality.” According to a video and website posted March 31, Google Cardboard Plastic is clearly the future.
The VR headset billed in the video boasts features like 360-degree audio and universal compatibility with all apps on the market.
While the website and video seem sincere enough at a glance, Google is known for their annual April Fools’ Day pranks and it’s probably safe to assume you won’t be able to purchase the “product” anytime soon.
