Fitness expert Denise Druce takes us down 35 years of memory lane in the fitness industry. As someone who has seen and tried it all, she has a couple of timeless tips for exercise:
- If you find something you love doing, you will have a better chance of sticking with it. With so many options, we should all be able to find something we love!
- Cross training is the best way to avoid injury and get results. Surprise your body by mixing it up. Do something different every day of the week.
- Bottom line…our bodies love and need to move. One hour a day of good sweaty fun. Walk, run, swim, lift, jump, ride, stretch. Just commit one hour a day to your health, vitality and longevity.
