Tone up your arms for summer with 3 easy exercises

Fitness expert Denise Druce has a simple solution for getting those toned arms that everyone wants. There are three exercises that can really do the trick, but Denise says it's important to challenge yourself with a heavy weight. Three sets of 12 repetitions is great for each of these exercises.

  1. Bicep curls
  2. Tricep kick-back
  3. Lateral raises

Remember: If you can lift any weight more than 8 repetitions you should go up in weight.
