  • Having the right tools is critical to success. Buy a baking sheet made especially for macarons.
  • Test out your oven for baking time, every one is different
  • Sift your almond flour and powdered sugar very well before adding to two whipped egg whites
  • Have fun with flavors! Some fun and different variations: fruity pebble, cookies'n'cream, and pink animal cookie
