School bus turned green house brings fresh produce and education to local kids

Salt Lake City- Shawn Peterson founded the non-profit The Green Urban Lunch Box, it is a 35-foot school bus that has been turned into a greenhouse and market. The bus makes it way throughout  Salt Lake City June through November teaching techniques for growing urban food and the improtance of localy grown produce.
