Justin Williams from Rockwell ice cream shared some holiday hot chocolate ideas. Right now they have specialty ice cream Christmas flavors in their shop including:

They can serve the ice cream Affagato style by putting a scoop of ice cream straight into the hot chocolate. Then it is topped with homemade peppermint whipped cream.

2 Cups heavy cream
10 ounces chocolate (milk or dark)
1/2 cup peanut butter
Heat the heavy cream up to a simmer, don't boil. Pour over chocolate and peanut butter. Let sit and then stir.
4 cups whole milk
Heat up to a simmer.
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy! Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
