The Rule of 3s: How to incorporate bread into a healthy diet

Dietitian Trish Brimhall tells us how we can be healthy without completely cutting out bread from our diet.

Trish says to live by "The Rule of 3s": Check to make sure that your bread is providing at least 3 grams of fiber per serving (slice) and no more than 3 grams of sugar.

She also recommends baking your own loaf from home by following this recipe.
