Protein Recovery Shake
Ingredients:
8-10 ounces Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 1/2 cups Raw Spinach
1 Frozen Banana or 1 cup Frozen Berries
1 Scoop Jay Robb Protein Powder
Cooking Directions:
1. Mix milk, spinach, and fruit in a blender on high speed.
2. Add protein powder and additional milk for desired consistency.
3. Enjoy!
