CLEARFIELD, Utah – Clearfield police identified Jeffrey Pead, 38, as the victim of an industrial accident that occurred Saturday.
Police said Pead suffered fatal injuries after becoming caught in machinery at a business.
Pead was extricated from the machinery but was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said they were investigating the incident, but it did not appear suspicious.
