SALT LAKE CITY -- The 2019 Utah Blues Festival was staged this past weekend at the Gallivan Center.
It was the fifth annual blues fest and featured acts like harmonica genius Jason Ricci and the Bad Kind as well as South Louisiana's favorite son, Tab Benoit.
