SALT LAKE CITY — Cities and towns in Utah are changing the rules of recycling as the practice become less profitable.
Residents of Cedar City no longer have their own recycling bins. Other cities llike Draper and Midvale are cutting back on their recycling programs. Paper products are no longer accepted for recycling in either city.
