The changing rules of recycling in Utah

SALT LAKE CITY — Cities and towns in Utah are changing the rules of recycling as the practice become less profitable.

Residents of Cedar City no longer have their own recycling bins. Other cities llike Draper and Midvale are cutting back on their recycling programs. Paper products are no longer accepted for recycling in either city.

FOX 13's Kiersten Nuñez dives into the bottom of the blue bin for a look at the current state of Utah's recycling programs.
