New Cases
1,194 new cases have been added since Saturday's report, for a total of 346,624.
Testing
6,472 additional tests have been performed, for a total of 2,024,647. The rolling seven-day average of positive cases is now 1,464, or roughly 16.9% of those tested.
Hospitalizations
413 people are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. 13,468 people have been hospitalized in Utah since March.
Deaths
Two new deaths have been reported, for a total of 1,665. The newly reported deaths include:
- Female, older than 85, Iron County resident, hospitalized at time of death
- Male, between 45-64, Weber County resident, not hospitalized at time of death
Vaccinations
10,176 new vaccinations have been administered, for a total of 310,692 statewide. 63,011 of those vaccinated have received both doses.
