7:00 PM - Kane County relaxes restrictions placed on travel by non-county residents.

4:38 PM - Utah Shakespeare Festival announces it will still hold festival; Releases updated calendar of performances.

2:45 PM - Salt Lake County Emergency Management Bureau sends out emergency alert reminding residents that the Stay Home, Stay Safe order is extended until May 1. The bureau then told FOX 13 that the alert was "sent today as a reminder about the extended order, as the original order’s expiration date was today."
