Over 400 new positive cases in latest COVID-19 numbers.

The latest statewide numbers for COVID-19 have been released by the Utah Department of Health.

As of Sunday, there are now 24,952 confirmed cases, an increase of 410 from Saturday’s total.

Approximately 371,308 people have been tested, with 4,592 new tests since Saturday.

17 more people have been hospitalized, bringing the total to 1,582, with 183 of those people testing positive for the virus. An estimated 14,147 people have recovered.

There were 3 new deaths, bringing the total to 184. All three of the victims were male, one older than 85 from Washington County, and the others between the ages of 65 and 84 from Utah County and Salt Lake County respectively.

The Utah Department of Health will not be holding a press conference to go over the new figures.
