UDOH reports more than 200,000 Utahns vaccinated in Saturday's COVID-19 report

New Cases
778 new cases have been reported, for a total of 366,034.

Testing
6,892 new tests have been performed, for a total of 2,158,136.

Hospitalizations
242 people are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. 14,421 Utahns have been hospitalized since March of 2020. The rolling seven-day average of positive tests is now 779, or roughly 13.52% of those tested.

Deaths
Eight new deaths have been reported, for a total of 1,842. The newly reported deaths include:

  • Female, older than 85, Weber County resident, hospitalized at time of death
  • Female, older than 85, Salt Lake County resident, not hospitalized at time of death
  • Female, between 45-64, Utah County resident, hospitalized at time of death
  • Male, between 65-84, Salt Lake County resident, hospitalized at time of death
  • Female, between 65-84, Weber County resident, hospitalized at time of death
  • Male, between 65-84, Salt Lake County resident, hospitalized at time of death
  • Female, between 65-84, Salt Lake County resident, hospitalized at time of death
  • Male, between 45-64, Salt Lake County resident, hospitalized at time of death

Vaccinations
18,383 additional vaccines have been administered, for a total of 598,434. 200,651 of those have received both doses.
