HOOPER, Utah — Firefighters responded to a barn fire in Hooper just before 6 a.m. Monday morning in the area od 3700 South 5500 West.
According to Deputy Fire Chief Britt Clark with the Weber Fire District, the barn was fully engulfed in flames when crews arrived.
They went into a defensive mode to keep it from spreading and had the fire under control in about 40 minutes.
No firefighters or residents were injured.
The fire was called in by an off duty firefighter.
Along with Weber Fire District, crews from North Davis and Tooele Fire Departments responded as well as the Weber County Sheriff's Office.
The barn and all contents are a total loss, including at least three vehicles.
