Senator Amy Klobuchar is making a campaign stop in downtown Salt Lake early Monday.

“I don’t think you should leave parts of the country behind,” Klobuchar told Fox 13 Sunday morning. “I think that we need a big coalition of fired up democrats.”

Senator Klobuchar is not the first democratic Presidential candidate to visit the state.

Both Mike Bloomberg and Pete Buttigieg have already held rallies here, and Senator Bernie Sanders will also be making a rally stop on Monday.

“We get along, but we’re different,” Klobuchar said of Sanders. “I think my brand of politics, as I said, is a lot more suitable for Utah.”

Senator Klobuchar’s event begins at 9:00 a.m. at The Depot in downtown Salt Lake City.
