SALT LAKE CITY — Several schools in a few of northern Utah's school districts are still closed after this week's down slope wind event caused a massive power outage affecting tens of thousands of Rocky Mountain Power customers.

Granite School District Closures
- Connections High School
- Cottonwood Elementary School
- Crestview Elementary School
- Eastwood Elementary School
- Twin Peaks Elementary School
- Upland Terrace Elementary School
- Wasatch Jr. High School
Ogden School District Closures
- Highland Junior High School
- Mount Ogden Junior High School
Salt Lake City School District
All classes canceled for the day.
Weber School District Closures
- Burch Creek Elementary School
- Canyon View High School
- H. Guy Child Elementary School
- Roosevelt Elementary School
- Washington Terrrace Elementary School
Weber School District's South Jr. High has a shortened schedule and Bonneville High School has virtual classes Thursday.
