WENDOVER, Utah — A 28-year-old Wendover man has been arrested for arson after lighting two trailers on fire in the Utah Department of Transportation employee compound.
Crews responded to the scene at around 3:15 a.m. on Wednesday, where they found two structures engulfed in flames.
Police investigators determined that Joshua D. Gonzalez, a resident of the compound, deliberately set one of the trailers on fire.
A vacant trailer nearby also caught on fire and both trailers were destroyed.
Gonzalez was arrested and charged with 2 counts of aggravated arson.
No injuries were reported.
