Utah is now 13 days into a spike of COVID-19 cases that spans much of the state.

May 27 was the last day that the Utah Department of Health reported fewer than 200 new confirmed cases. Some of those days have been marked by extremely high counts from Cache County, which had not previously been a hotbed.

As FOX 13 has reported, the Cache County spike is largely due to an outbreak at the JBS Meat facility there.
