PROVO, Utah — The Kaufusi family runs deep in the BYU football program.
Senior linebacker Isaiah Kaufusi currently plays on the team with his younger brother Jackson, and before he began his collegiate career, his cousins Bronson and Corbin also bled blue.
Although his dad spent his career at Utah, BYU's program felt like family to Isaiah.
He says his wife and one-year-old son are his constant reminder to keep going, but also his ancestors who sacrificed for him to be here inspire him as well.
Just months away from his senior season, he's excited to get back out on the field and play for his teammates, who he refers to as his brothers.
