LOGAN, Utah — A Utah State University quarterback who's on the way to playing for the Green Bay Packers received a touching message in the form of a video from his mother.
USU shared the video (above) with its Twitter followers on Thursday night.
"I wish dad could be here to share this amazing journey with us. Even though dad is not here, know that your sisters and I are, and we're in awe as to what you have accomplished," said Anna Love, Jordan's mom, in the video.
Love is now a potential successor for two-time Green Bay Packers MVP Aaron Rodgers. The team's current backup is 25-year-old Tim Boyle, who played at Connecticut and Eastern Kentucky.
