Ruthie Knudsen, from Cooking with Ruthie, is still in Greece, so it's only appropriate she made a recipe with Greek yogurt!
Her Buttermilk Greek Yogurt Pancakes are fluffy and moist and they don't have any oil in them, instead they have fat free Greek yogurt. Ruthie also shared a recipe for Fresh Strawberry Syrup.
