You can learn about the origins of chocolate and tour the only University Food Science Program with a chocolate factory that goes from bean to bar in the same location.
Silvana Martini, PhD., a Professor in the Department of Nutrition Dietetics and Food Services at Utah State University, says they'd love to have people come to Logan for small group tours.
Students and professors work and train in the factory.
There's also a cafe where you can find everything from chocolate bars to pastries made with chocolate.
