For this week's #TakeoutTuesday recommendations, Chase from Salt Lake Foodie has some tasty eats.
His first recommendation is for Dirty Bird Fried Chxx in Provo. Wondering what to order? Chase says you can't go wrong with these choices:
Dirty Bird - Fried chxx, bacon, pimento cheese, house ketchup, pickles
Classic - Fried chxx, house ketchup, pickles.
Dirty Fries - Pimento cheese, bacon, chili oil.
Chase also recommends finding out where the Umani Pizza Food Truck is. He says you've got to try these items:
Pancho Villa - White Sauce, Bacon, Jalapeño, Smoked Brisket, Fresh Mozzarella.
Quattro Formaggi - Italian Mozzarella, Parmesano, Gorgonzola, Fresh Mozzzarella.
Criolla - Smoked Brisket, Red Peppers, Caramelized Onions, Chimichurri.
