The new nationwide release this week is the final showdown between Laurie Strode and Michael Myers in "Halloween Ends".
"There is a beginning of a hope that maybe things are gonna be okay for Laurie Strode after all these years and then the (bleep) hits the fan. It's very much about the effect of violence on a town and then their anger if he's not around, who are they going to be angry at, and they're angry at her," says Curtis.
