There's nothing better in crisp fall weather than hot chocolate.
Smith's Chef Jeff Jackson joined us with a delicious and simple recipe.
Whipped Hot Chocolate
½ c. powdered hot chocolate mix
1 ½ c. heavy cream
2-3 c. milk
Chocolate sprinkles for serving
1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and hot chocolate milk mix using a hand mixer and mix until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. Fill a mug or glass with the milk 2/3 full and place in the microwave and cook 1-2 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
3. Top with some of the whipped cream and some chocolate sprinkles.
4. Serve warm. Stir and enjoy!
