If you haven't made reservations for Valentine's Day yet, there's still hope for avoiding the silent treatment this weekend! Salt Lake Foodie Chase showed us three places you can pull off a last-minute meal. Here are his picks:

Charlotte-Rose's Carolina BBQ- Millcreek
New to the Millcreek but decades of BBQ experience, say hello to Redneck Brisket Tacos! YEP! Slow smoked brisket on a TACO! These are life-changing! I love my sauce! Well, they have like eight sauces straight out of Carolina, so of course I fell even more in love. Cupid hit me early with that food arrow! Three last words: CHOCOLATE chip cornbread.

Ginger Street - Salt Lake City
Ever had Asian hawker-style street food? Well you are in luck, in the heart of downtown SLC you can experience it! First off, be prepared to be wow'd by the decor, it is one of those restaurants you'll want to hang out at. Short on time? They are ninjas when it comes to lunch, 6 minutes and you are eating! Speaking of eating, the food is AMAZING! The yellow curry is must try for your first visit, unlike any yellow curry you've had. It gives nod to the traditional curry but adds that WOW with butternut squash and fuji apples! Not a curry fan? Check out the Pad Thai it will have you smiling ear to ear!

Pizza Studio - Salt Lake City, Foothill, Lehi
Pizza studio just changed pizza FOREVER! Say hello to the double crust pizza! They layer sauce in between two crusts to create a pizza experience like you have never had! It's light and crispy. I'm not a crust guy and I ate all of the pizza! My mom would be proud. They even have GF and Keto crusts! Beyond crust, they do toppings the right way; literally prep all the toppings each day. I'm talking shaving the ham daily, importing sausage that will make you think your in Brooklyn! You won't find any cubed "meat product". Don't even get me started about the secret sides, if Scott is working you can get baked garlic olive oil raviolis, his childhood Brooklyn sausage covered in marinara sauce to name a couple!
