Fall is a beautiful time to take a drive to Park City. And, this week's #TakeoutTuesday is all about the food you can pick up while you're there.
Chase with Salt Lake Foodie says you can't go wrong with breakfast at The Bridge Cafe and Grill. He recommends the Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, ham and Hollandaise sauce on an English muffin served with home fries and tomato salsa. He also says the avocado toast made with smashed avocado over toasted sourdough, poached egg, red cabbage, sprouts and chimichurri sauce is an excellent choice.
And for lunch and dinner, how about the Twisted Fern? Chase says the Spanish octopus with sweet potato mash, picked red onion and pepita is delicious. Also, try the Ferinata, a chickpea pancake with zucchini, grape tomatoes, Muhammara and lemon mint vinaigrette. Don't miss out on the shorty melt, an open-face braised short rib on rye bread with Gruyere cheese, garlic pickles 1000 Island dressing, apple-bacon sauerkraut, a fried egg served with fries or salad.
