You only need one bowl to make the best brownies ever!
Alex Daynes from My Own Meal Plan joined us from her kitchen with the recipe for these chewy, gooey, chocolate brownies. She says you'll never buy a boxed brownie mix again!
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
To a bowl or electric mixer, add the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Whisk together until combined.
Next, add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Batter will be thick.
Grease or line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Spread the brownie batter into the baking dish.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the tops are set and the center is cooked through.
Cool for 5 minutes before cutting and enjoy!
