One of those classes is being taught by Heather Smith from Orson Gygi. She gave us a sneak peek at her "The Perfect Caramel Apple" class.
Heather will teach you the balance of creamy caramel with rich delicate chocolate on top of a crisp tart apple. She'll be talking about what type of apple to use, the caramel that works best and sharing how to make the chocolate just right.
You can take that class Saturday, November 7 at 4:00 p.m.

Pinners is taking extra safety measures this year with 40 foot aisles and social distancing in all classrooms as well as hand sanitizing stations and contact tracing for all attendees.
