Utah's housing market is on fire!

The average price for a home in Utah county is $450,000. So what does that look like?

We talked with agent Veronica Villacreses with Utah's Very Own Realty One Group.

One of her listings is at 1462 North Sunset Drive in Spanish Fork, and it's listed for $450,000.

She says the home is a two-story, just under 1,900 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.

It's in the Meadow Creek Ridge Neighborhood and was built in 2019. The neighborhood is community oriented, and has schools from pre-school to high school, all within five minutes.

Veronica says Utah County is booming right now and says you can get more "bang for your buck" by buying there.
