Sending students back into Utah schools during a global pandemic is an incredibly complex issue, and Voices for Utah Children is working to help parents make difficult decisions.
Voices for Utah Children is an advocacy group focusing on children's early education, heathcare, child care, and juvenile justice.
Over the past few weeks, the Utah nonprofit, along with some of the biggest names in education held a Facebook Live series centered on how state's schools will reopen.
“We wanted to reach the broadest audience in the quickest way,” says Moe Hickey, CEO of Voices for Utah Children. “Hosting a virtual event using Facebook Live helps us safely reach a big audience and gives people the chance to ask questions as we go.”
