mph along with gusts up to 70 mph along and west of SR-10.
* WHERE...Castle Country and Western Uinta Basin.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers.
