The tail end of a storm moving across the Northern Rockies will brush by Northern Utah today. There's a chance of light rain in the valleys and light snow in the mountains. Most precipitation will end later in the evening. The storm should be enough to significantly weaken the inversion. Better air quality is expected by tomorrow.
