Record heat is expected again today. Isolated dry thunderstorms are possible over the higher terrain of Northern Utah and SW Wyoming in the afternoon and evening. High pressure, which has kept it so hot, will shift a little farther south tomorrow. As a result, it'll be slightly cooler along with a better chance of mainly dry mountain thunderstorms.
