Asian Cabbage Salad
1/2 head green or purple cabbage, shredded1/4 cup carrots, shredded2 green onions, diced2 teaspoons sesame seeds1/4 cup rice wine vinegar2 teaspoons sugar or agave sweetener1/3 cup olive oilSalt and pepper, to taste
Combine 1st four ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar or agave and oil together. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Pour over salad. Toss; serve immediately.
