1 8-oz. package crescent rolls or puff pastry
2 large fresh peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. Mountain Dew
Wash and peel peaches. Slice each peach into eight sections. Wrap two slices of peach in each segment of crescent roll dough. Melt one tablespoon of butter into 12-inch cast iron pan. Place the wrapped peaches into pan. Melt remaining butter with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Spoon mixture over wrapped peaches, covering dough thoroughly. Pour the Mountain Dew around the edges of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
